BOOKINGS and PAYMENT:
At the time of your booking a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. Full payment is due 7 days prior the date of tour departure. Bookings made within the 7 days prior to departure require immediate full payment. If there has no payment been made by the time of the arrival we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

CANCELLATION:
For cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total accommodation price will occur. For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival 25 % of the total accommodation price will be charged. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to your arrival a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total accommodation price will occur. For cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before your arrival 65 % of the total accommodation price will be charged. For cancellations less than 3 days before your arrival including no shows a cancellation fee of 80 % of thetotal accommodation price will be charged. This fee will offset all administrative and operational costs of handling the reservation and cancellation and will be charged regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

GENERAL:
Guests are advised to have to take out comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of your travel. We also suggest travel interruption insurance.

SMOKING:
Smoking inside our cottages is prohibited.
