The cosy cottage in farm house style features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen (fully equipped with e.g. dishwasher), 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, TV (satellite), washing machine, spacious verandah, Sauna.
Parking lot available right at the cottage, dogs and other pets find enough space on the spacious 2000 m² large fenced property. The cottage is also suitable for wheelchair drivers and handicaps.
Typical Bavarian restaurants and cosy inns can be found in walking distance in the village of Herzogsreut or the vicinity.
Dogs are especially welcome:
* No extra charge for dogs or other pets
* Maximum number of dogs allowed: 6 (more dogs upon request possible)

* Fenced garden (2000 m²)
* Use of kennel possible (90 m² large Kennel (divided into 3 sections) with roof on property)

* 15 minutes drive to the Bavarian Forest National Park with its beautiful scenery and precious flora and fauna, its outdoor enclosure for animals (Tierfreigelände) and the famous mountains Rachel and Lusen
* 15 minutes drive to the beautiful Sumava National Park with its pristine and unspoilt nature
* Trips into the adjoining Bohemian Forest just across the Czech border. Enjoy the great Bohemian cuisine with its famous dumplings, potato soup or carp.
